HEb - 227g jacket potato, 2 slices wholemeal bread
Syns - salad dressing (5), chicken (1.5), butter (2), marmalade (1) = 9.5
Breakfast - lasting satisfaction raspberry yoghurt
Lunch - salad with dressing (5), lime and coriander chicken mini fillets (1.5)
Tea - venison bolognese, jacket potato (heb1), cheese (hea1)
Supper - toast (heb2), butter (2), marmalade (1)
Today was a red day. The venison bolognese was yummy, will be having it again tomorrow as a Healthy Extra b (85g of it, just like beef).
Another good day this week...yippee!
