Just realised I haven't posted Friday's food diary yet (green day)! Here it is:
HEa - skimmed milk, cheese
HEb - 2 alpen light bars, cheese
Syns - dressing (5), pasta salad (1), lemon herb butter (3.5) = 9.5
Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars (HEb1), cup of tea (some of Hea1)
Lunch - salad, dressing (5), 200g orzo pasta salad from marks (1)
Tea - jacket potato, beans, cheese (Hea2 & Heb2), peas, brocolli and spinach with lemon and herb butter (3.5)
Supper - Snacks - water, chow mein mugshot, berry medley from marks, loads of dr pepper zero!
I'm quite proud of myself for not going mad after the disappointing weigh in results, and actually sticking to the plan - go Lowri, go Lowri!
