Food Diary Thursday 4th September 2008

Today was a green day. Went out for supper with my girlfriends and tried to be as good as possible, I feel I definately made better choices than normal, especially with pudding!


HEa - 28g cheese x 2
HEb - minced beef x 2
Syns - hmmm, chips, lasagna, ice cream...

Breakfast - muller lite
Lunch - peppers stuffed with savoury rice, melted cheese (hea2 from yesterday) on top
Tea - Had lasagna with a few chips. So the pasta was free, cheese and beef healthy extras. Had pudding too - poached pears with a little bit of ice cream
Supper - Snacks - grapes, mugshot

Food Diary Wednesday September 3rd 2008

Today was a green day and went better than previously in the week, probably because I finished the pick n mix on Tuesday!!

HEa - 350ml skimmed milk; 28g cheddar
HEb - 28g sultana bran; 2 alpen light bars
Syns - vege 1/4 pounder (2)

Breakfast - sultana bran (heb1) and milk (hea 1)
Lunch - peppers stuffed with savoury rice, melted cheese (hea2) on top - only ate half, rest of hea2 will carry over til tomorrow (does that make sense?), salad, free dressing
Tea - tomato risotto, vegetable 1/4 pounder (2)
Supper - 2 alpen light bars (heb2)
Snacks - strawberries, blackberries, blueberries

Food Diary Tuesday 2nd September 2008

Today was mix 2 max but not a good day, mostly due to pick n mix:

HEa -
HEb - 2 slices wholemeal bread
Syns - pick n mix (oops! again!!), super noodles (3.5)

Breakfast - strawberries & muller light
Lunch - ham buttie (heb1)
Tea - chicken super noodles (3.5)
Supper - Snacks - pick n mix (white choc mice and cola bottles)

Food Diary Monday 1st September 2008

Today was a Green day, my first proper day back on the plan since before I was ill last week. It was a good day apart from the pick n mix - remind me not to buy lots of sweets ever again!

HEa - 28g cheese, 28g cheese
HEb - 2 alpen light bars, 2 slices wholemeal bread
Syns - pick n mix (oops!)

Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars (6)
Lunch - beans on toast (heb2)
Tea - salad with grated cheese, free dressing, bolognese pasta n sauce, cheese melted on it (hea cheese)
Supper -
Snacks - muller light, strawberries, pick n mix (white choc mice and cola bottles)

It was a Red day, my last day at work before a flexi day out to the Bullring in Birmingham

HEa - 28g cheese, 28g cheese
HEb - 100g wholemeal pasta, 2 slices wholemeal bread
Syns - caesar dressing (3), butter & marmalade (3)

Breakfast - strawberries with vanilla muller light
Lunch - chicken & bacon caesar salad - chicken, bacon, lettuce, caesar dressing (?)
Tea - venison bolognese with wholemeal pasta (heb1) and cheese (hea 1 & 2)
Supper - toast (heb2) with butter and marmalade (3)
Snacks - mango

Weigh In Monday 1st September 2008

Didn't weigh in last week due to illness - bleurgh! Here is what I weighed on Monday morning.
Fourth weigh in since new start, not so good:

Starting weight = 11 stone 12 pounds
Weightlossthis week = +2 pounds, a gain :-(
Weightloss in total so far = 5.5 pounds
Current weight = 11 stone 6.5 pounds
Goal weight = 10 stone 7 pounds

BMI is 24.3% (was 24.1% last week)
Body fat is 29.1% (was 29.1% last week)
Hydration is 51.7% (was 51.2% last week)
