Went out for supper with my girlfriends and tried to be as good as possible, I feel I definately made better choices than normal, especially with pudding!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HEa - 28g cheese x 2&lt;br /&gt;HEb - minced beef x 2&lt;br /&gt;Syns - hmmm, chips, lasagna, ice cream...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Breakfast - muller lite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Lunch - peppers stuffed with savoury rice, melted cheese (hea2 from yesterday) on top&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Tea - Had lasagna with a few chips. So the pasta was free, cheese and beef healthy extras. A &lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;green&lt;/span&gt; day:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HEa -&lt;br /&gt;HEb - 28g + 28g goats cheese&lt;br /&gt;Syns - 2 alpen light bars (6), orzo pasta salad (1.5)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars (6)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Lunch - orzo pasta salad from marks (1.5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Tea - roasted red pepper stuffed with cherry tomatoes, basil and goats cheese with roasted new potatoes and peas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Supper - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Snacks - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oops, no HEas today, because goat's cheese is a HEb instead. Working at home which usually means giving in to temptations which are more easily available at home!  Today was a &lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;green day&lt;/span&gt;.  I really enjoyed my lunch (whoever thought to put pasta n sauce inside a jacket potato is a genius) and my tea.  I found the beef strips in the deep freeze, which is very very full at the moment - really need to use more food from the deep freeze!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;HEa - skimmed milk, cheese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;HEb - 2 slices wholemeal bread, 85g beef&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Syns - butter (2), marmalade (1), stir fry sauce (5), dressing (5) = 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Breakfast - toast (heb1), butter (2), marmalade (1), cup of tea (some of hea1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Lunch - jacket potato, tomato pasta n sauce, cheese (hea2), salad with dressing (5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Tea - beef (heb2) stir fry with noodles, veg, sauce (6)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Supper - milk (hea1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Snacks - mango, fanta zero, water&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First weight in since my new start tomorrow.  I did have a sneaky weigh in this morning and the scales said 11st 7lb!  Amazing! I'll wait until tomorrow for my 'official' weight in though. &lt;br /&gt;I've been considering changing my weigh in day to Monday, following advice from my slimming world buddy KellyBigBoobs.  Seems like a good idea which should stop my 'naughty' Sunday habit, well curb it anyway. I took in a chicken and bacon caesar salad to work for lunch. The chicken was sweet chilli and lime flavour chicken fillets from Marks. But I was at a meeting / presentation in work in a building I hadn't been in before which had a lovely little cafe. I had a vegetable risotto for lunch. It was lush! I'm guessing about 6 syns for the oil but I could be wrong (please leave a comment if I am!). And I had the chicken salad for tea - yes, you guessed it, that was lush too! I've had quite a good weekend with Saturday being the only flexi day, which was planned.  Back to work today, which was a &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;red day&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;HEa - 250ml semi skimmed milk&lt;br /&gt;HEb - 2 alpen light bars, 2 slices wholemeal bread&lt;br /&gt;Syns - caesar dressing (1), 56g rice (4), marmalade (1), butter (2)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Breakfast - 2 alpen light bars (heb1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Lunch - chicken caesar salad (from SW mag): chargrilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, light caesar dressing (1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Tea - chicken tikka masala (chicken, yoghurt, lemon juice, tikka spices, coriander), rice (4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Supper - toast (heb2) with butter (2) and marmalade (1), milk (hea1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Snacks - strawberries with vanilla yoghurt, mango&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yum, yum, I will definately be making the caesar salad and the tikka masala again!  I even made pilau rice to go with the tikka masala (well, sort of pilau rice!).  I fried some cumin, nutmeg and cinnamon in frylight, added a chopped onion and fried that for a bit.  Added 50g of basmati rice and chicken stock (made with bovril). And after quite a good week. So I've decided to restart my progress on the slimming world website.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starting weight = 11 stone 12 pounds&lt;br /&gt;Weight loss this week = 0 pounds&lt;br /&gt;Weight loss in total so far = 0 pounds&lt;br /&gt;Current weight = 11 stone 12 pounds&lt;br /&gt;Goal weight = 10 stone 7 pounds&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My BMI is now 25.2 (was 24.6), my body fat is 30.9% (was 29.7%) and my hydration level is 50.4% (was 51.3%).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not looking good, but today is a new start! It was going to be a &lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;mix to max&lt;/span&gt; day:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Breakfast: 2 alpen light bars (heb1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;Lunch: salad, dressing (5), lemon and herb cous cous&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Tea: salad, dressing (5), croutons (5), coriander and lime chicken fillets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;Snacks: muller light, fruit salad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But one my oldest friends (as in I've been friends with her since 1992, not that she's old, well she's the same age as me!) texted to ask if she could come over for a chinese. We keep arranging to meet and then other things get in the way. Then the phone call came - "do you want to go to the chinese before we go to the cinema tonight?" I just couldn't say no, I mean, what would I do, sit in the car while the other 3 enjoyed a chinese all you can eat buffet?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So yesterday's &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;red day&lt;/span&gt; plan, which was...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Breakfast - bacon, syn free sausages, beans (heb1) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Lunch - cheese (hea1 &amp;amp; 2) on toast (heb2), lea and perrins, strawberries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Tea - lime and coriander chicken mini fillets (1.5), salad with croutons and dressing (10.5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Became this...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Breakfast - bacon, syn free sausages, beans (heb1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Lunch - cheese (hea1 &amp;amp; 2) on toast (heb2), lea and perrins, strawberries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Tea -&lt;/span&gt; all you can eat chinese buffet, including prawn crackers, chow mein, lemon chicken (not in batter though), onion rings (in batter), crispy seaweed, crispy chilli chicken, ice cream, syrup, chocolate fountain (marshmallow, mango, melon), glass of merlot...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh well, never mind. That's what I thought until my best friend just texted me to ask if she could come round tonight for a chinese takeaway. I haven't had the best of weeks as I've been on annual leave from work and also had toothache (had a root canal yesterday!). I'd also planned to eat a sticky toffee pudding as well, but was full after the pick n mix!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Not the best day but it could have been a lot worse... Weekends seem to be my downfall as I can stick to it all week, because a little voice is telling me "don't worry you can treat yourself at the weekend". That does actually keep me going some days! Went to Asda at lunchtime and was amazed at the massive variety of Slimming World frienly food that's available there as well as the brilliant value for money. Stocked up on pasta and sauces, mugshots and Ainsley's couscous anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today was a Mix 2 Max day, which means I can have a combination of red and green meals during the day, as long as each meal is either &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;red&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;green&lt;/span&gt; or &lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;neutral&lt;/span&gt;. Here today's food diary:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Breakfast - 2 Alpen light bars (HEB1); cup of tea (milk from HEA1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Lunch - Bacon, salad, dressing (3)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;Tea - Quorn sausages, savoury rice, muller light&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Supper - 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB2), 28g cheese (HEA2), lea and perrins - aka cheese on toast! Rest of &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;HEA1 milk&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Snacks - cherries, grapes, orange juice with spatone (2.5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That's it for today. As I'm 5 foot 8 tall but come from a long line of women with 'child-bearing' hips, I feel this is a realistic target weight for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't attend a Slimming World group, and instead use the Body Optimise website to follow the plan. The website is great but I really miss the 'social interaction' you got with the WeightWatchers forum on their website (yes, I've already lost 2 stones with WW and put it all back on!)
